Returns & Exchanges

Montelongo's Fine Jewelry exists to satisfy our customers. We will gladly accept merchandise for exchange or return under the following conditions: Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by this sales receipt; the item must be unworn, in the original condition and in the original gift box with all warranty cards, explanation booklets, certificates, and appraisals intact; Closeout items, special orders, completed layaways, and modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable; Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only; Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash; After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. We offer no refunds but will gladly offer store credit upon return of merchandise.
